Prof. Guiguo WANG is Dean and Professor (Chair) of Chinese and Comparative Law, City University of Hong Kong, China. Among his various other titles, Prof. Wang is Chairman of the Hong Kong WTO Research Institute, Vice President of the Chinese Society of International Economic Law, member of the International Academy of Comparative Law and member of the Committee on Mainland Affairs of the Law Society of Hong Kong. Professor Wang holds a JSD degree from Yale Law School and LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School. He worked in various private law firms in both the U.S.A. and Hong Kong. Professor Wang lectured in The Hague Academy of International Law in 2010 and has published more than 100 journal articles, book chapters and books in both Chinese and English.
