The Academy has established and maintained contact and exchanges with other international organizations and academic institutions, such as the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO), the United Nations Commission of International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Hague Conference on Private International Law, the Mekong River Commission and the Hague Academy of International Law, to name just some. Leaders of these organizations support the Academy by serving on the Curatorium or attending the Summer Programme.
