Located in the city of Xiamen, the Academy received strong support from Xiamen Municipal Government and Party leaders. Xiamen leaders, including Mr. Bingfa CHEN, Deputy Secretary of Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, and Mr. Qingqiu HE, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Xiamen People’s Congress, Mr. Mingzhe LI,  Deputy Director of Xiamen Judicial Bureau, regularly visited the Academy, and have been involved with its work and development. They highly appreciate the Academy’s advantages in expert reserves, academic research and the cultivation of international legal talents, and hope that the Academy will actively empower the foreign-related rule of law construction. Deputy Secretary of Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, Dr. Xingguo ZHONG encouraged the Academy to “become a hallmark of Xiamen’s exchanges with the outside world”, expressing high expectations for the Academy.
