The Academy also received considerable support from across China, including major academic societies and government departments. The standing Vice-President of the China Law Society, President of Chinese Society of International Economic Law, Vice-President of Chinese Society of International Law, and President of Chinese Society of Private International Law, also visited the Academy and attended the opening ceremony of Summer Programme in 2006. In 2013, 2014, 2019 and 2024, the four successive Directors-General of the Department of Treaty and Law, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Dr. Huikang HUANG, Dr. Hong XU, Mr. Guide JIA and Mr. Xinmin MA attended the opening ceremony of the Summer Programmes and delivered the opening lectures.
