Dr. Dong Fang is an associate professor of international law at School of Law, Xiamen University and Director of International Economic Law Institute there. He is also performing the duty of Secretary General of China Society of International Economic Law (CSIEL). He has been retaining extensive research interests in the areas of international commercial & trade law, general international law, as well as interpretation of international agreements, with abundant publications both in English and Chinese. He is an appointed arbitrator at XMAC and frequently counseled by Chinese government agencies and enterprises with international economic legal issues. He had been research fellow/visiting professor at Washington University in St. Louis and Trier University.
