On the afternoon of June 21, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Xiamen Academy of International Law successfully completed the registration for its 2026 Summer Programme. Ten dedicated volunteers from the registration and logistics teams provided warm and efficient on-site support for the arriving participants.

The registration was designed to welcome a diverse group of attendees, including international students, members of Xiamen Lawyers Association, and students from Xiamen University. The entire process ran smoothly and in an orderly manner. Volunteers efficiently handled participant check-in, document verification and submission, material distribution, and other essential services.

Many international students encountered various challenges upon arrival. The volunteers responded with professionalism and enthusiasm, communicating fluently in English to address their needs. They assisted students who had forgotten to bring photocopies of their documents by guiding them to the nearby printing room, provided clear directions to hotels for those unfamiliar with the campus area, and offered timely solutions to other inquiries. Their patient and attentive service received high praise from the participants.

The successful completion of registration vividly demonstrated the warmth and professionalism of the acadamy.It not only ensured a smooth start for all participants but also laid a solid foundation for the upcoming Opening Ceremony on the following day.
